The Tennessee Leadership Training Institute provides training to student leaders with a focus on further developing their leadership skills. Student leaders will network with others from across the state, discuss the student experience, and learn from one another.
Statesperson Award - Attendees will have the opportunity to earn the Statesperson Award during TLTI. This award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated their leadership skills and have mastered additional requirements in leadership training. Additional information and supplemental assignments will be made avaialble upon event registration. This award will be presented to students and advisors at the conclusion of the Tennessee Leadership Training Institute (TLTI).
Market Yourself for Career Success - Consider joining us for our pre-institute workshop. Attendees will learn how to strenghten thier resume, highlight thier strengths, and ace an interview. There is no addtional cost to attend the workshop.

October 24-25, Smyrna, TN. The pre-conference covering resumes and interview skills begins at 1:00 p.m. CST. We have an amazing workforce opportunity to work on resume and interview skills at WLTI. Checkin will be at 1:00 and we will start the session at 1:30. We will be helping them prepare their resume and doing an interview activity that involves framework elements. The activity will go smoother if students already have a working resume. We have a TLTI WORKFORCE JOB SEARCH PACKET that will help them with this.
