Pin & T-Shirt Design Contests
The Pin and T-Shirt Design Contests provide SkillsUSA members with an opportunity to showcase their graphic design and creative skills at both the state and national levels. The winning designs become the official conference pin and t-shirt for the SkillsUSA Tennessee Postsecondary State Leadership and Skills Conference (SLSC).
Winning designers will be recognized during the State Leadership and Skills Conference and will have the opportunity to represent Tennessee at the National Leadership and Skills Conference (NLSC).
Designs should highlight Tennessee and its unique qualities, culture, landmarks, industries, history, or other recognizable features that best represent the Volunteer State.
Past Winning Designs
Every year, Tennessee SkillsUSA Postsecondary members have the opportunity to design the official conference pin and t-shirt for the State Leadership and Skills Conference. Winning designs become part of Tennessee SkillsUSA history and are worn, traded, and collected by members across the state and nation.

- February 1-5, 2027 – Pin Design Interviews and Scoring
- February 8, 2027 – Winning Design Announced
- February 12, 2027 – Pins Ordered for State Conference Production

- Schedule your interview after submitting your design.
- Participate in the interview process and discuss your design and creative process.
- If your design is not selected, you may still participate in the T-Shirt Design Contest.
