Industry professionals, educators, alumni, and workforce partners help ensure that SkillsUSA competitions reflect current standards, reward excellence, and prepare students for the expectations of Tennessee employers.
About the Championships
Tennessee's Premier Showcase of Career and Technical Education
Each spring, students from across Tennessee gather at the State Leadership and Skills Conference to compete in more than 100 leadership and technical competitions. These events recognize students who demonstrate excellence in their occupational areas, workplace skills, and leadership development.
Competition begins at the local level and advances through state and national events, giving students the opportunity to demonstrate what they know and can do before experienced industry professionals.
