Haley McCulloch is being recognized as our Advisor Spotlight for her outstanding commitment to SkillsUSA Tennessee College/Postsecondary. As a first-year advisor, Haley came into SkillsUSA with no prior experience in the organization, but she quickly embraced the mission, the students, and the work.
Some advisors spend years discovering what makes SkillsUSA special. Haley understood it in just one season. She embraced every opportunity to learn, volunteered wherever she was needed, and quickly became someone our students and staff relied upon. Her first year reminds us that the heart of SkillsUSA has never been experience alone. It is a willingness to serve others, keep learning, and believe in students.
